This smoothie takes the prize for being the laziest one I’ve made yet. It’s also one of the most tasty.
1 tin of strawberries in juice (406g net)
1 chilled tin of pineapple chunks in juice (432g net)
(I do eventually want to experiment with using protein powders and other supplemental ingredients from the health shop, but for now, just getting in the habit of going for a smoothie instead of a fatty or bulky snack suits me just fine. It’s progress and my body loves it.)
