It’s now been a week since I typed anything for NaNoWriMo 2009 and I’m calling it off.
Between opening a business and getting ready for the art fair in December, I have to keep my focus on those two things and see them through properly. That’s why I haven’t written anything in a week… After the shop is launched (this month), then I’ll pick it up again, but not now. Too much all at once and it’s a situation I have control over.
I do have a good idea for a story and a couple thousand words written, so all is not lost. I’ll start it up again, just not likely this month.
And that’s OK.

Thank you honey! Exactly what I’m trying to be intelligent enough to avoid. I don’t like not doing it, but I don’t like being ill more.
