Lots of people have a drink to unwind after work, I just had one before it. My writing work just happens to be in the evening. (Goodness knows I wouldn't do this for breakfast! lol!) If I had a pill for anxieties, I would take that instead. Or even could get the medication I was on in the US from the NHS over here, but sadly I have managed no progress with them in the past and I have to get on with stuff rather than continuing the battle with those boulder-headed bureaucrats.
