		<description>I started running again.  I&#039;d forgotten how effective it is at shifting weight. 2k on Wednesday, 5k in Friday, plus an hour of tennis, 2k on Saturday, football on Sunday, gym work on Monday.
  Once you get passed the initial pain of resuming exercise it suddenly becomes addictive again.  I don&#039;t weigh myself, but I feel better and that goes a long way.

(Quitting regular podcasting also helps.)</description>
