I am technically never bored

…except for where my haircolour is concerned.

I am so bored with it. I’ve kept the same basic colour scheme for several years now out of (what I consider) necessity. Long-time readers of my blog know that I’m a cancer survivor and that changes to my hormones plus stress etc. caused a patch of hairloss. It’s fuzzier than it has been in the past, but it’s far from ‘filled-in.’ This is where clever haircuts, strategic haircolour, and the use of hats and headbands come into play. I miss the carefree days but they’re not anywhere on my horizon. It’s funny how mentioning my hair ‘issue’ makes me feel a tiny bit shallow and vain, but then again, it’s not like I’ve got a full head of hair either. I think I’m permitted my minor moan.

My next salon appointment isn’t for another several weeks. I think I may have to bump that to a closer date…
