Brian: Yup, sounds like our flat- wireless everywhere. We are a full service geek abode. As for the regular expressions, I actually have no idea how to use them yet, (PHP is my next skill to learn), but the pocket guide does live here. It’s over on Neil’s desk… The only ‘regular expression’ near my desk for now is the one I pull when IE is actin’ a fool. I am interested in them though- I’ve seen the complex things they can achieve and it’s amazing.

There’s another cute one I did on my old Mac User Group site‚Äö?Ñ?¨¬¨‚Ćfind “SWiMaCS” in the sidebar of my blog under the “Geek” section. The site was created when I was first learning CSS (so it’s in line for me to rewrite), but isn’t too bad for a first effort. The URL icon is cute though…

Now, I have a question for you, all knowing and powerful jEN, how do you get the circle R up on the URL/address field. For the life of me I cannot think of how to do it.

(now, on a prepared coder level, something I’ve always kept handy is my trusty pocket reference guide for regular expressions … got one of those?)

And I’m pleased to report that the late night, (bed around 1am), was worth it in producing the foundation to a site layout I need done ASAP. Yay!
Now, I’m sat at my desk an hour earlier than usual and coffee is just about done brewing… I’m almost corporate in my own living room! lol
