“…capable of smiling and blinking…”

Egad! Ok, average healthy babies freak me out enough, but this?!? What is most disturbing about the “second head” is the line in the article stating that it was “capable of smiling and blinking but not independent life…”
If it smiled and blinked, does that not indicate a certain level of awareness? Even on a most rudimentary level? Oh wow… freaky stuff. Go view the disturbing article here.
